Dr. Priya is a professional interpreter with a doctorate in Translation
and Interpretation and 25 years of interpretation experience. She
founded PriyaLee Translation and Consulting to provide language services
such as translation between English and Chinese, as well as various
modes of interpretation (simultaneous, consecutive, escort, remote,
etc.) She has had experience interpreting for many different settings,
such as business meetings, workshops, conferences, court hearings,
arbitration, government services, banking, personal matters, hospital
visits, counselling sessions, parent-teacher meetings, weddings, and
more. She also offers trilingual event hosting and voiceover services.
In addition to professional services, she actively volunteers for
various arts and culture organizations, such as The Red Room and India
Music and Culture Center, and is admin for multiple Facebook Groups and
Pages that provide platforms for Taiwan’s international and Indian
community to support each other.
